Welcome to the Seventh District Police Department

The Mission of the Seventh District (a.k.a. The 7th) is to handle "Special Criminal Cases" that arise in the city of Cleaveland. The 7th was initiated by Mayor Carolyn Rockwell as a way to deal with the rise of unusual crime in the city and neighboring surburbs. The Mayor brought in Prosecutor George Bailey Raft from New Orleans to oversee the prosecution. Lt. Charles B. Foster handles the detectives and day to operations of the 7th.
