I asked Johnny to come aboard as a Board member for Indie Cleveland (IC). he said, he would help out, but he's got too much going on. He'll be between here and LA now. The lucky dog. I have to get out of here and to La La land. I think it would help to get some capital rolling in.

I am sad, but the guy is busy. Out of most of the people here, he does know his stuff.. I can understand being busy.

And I know Kim Hendrickson is going to hate me. I hope she doesn't read this. I have to make it up to her and stick her in the TV Show in another part. She was supposed to be the reporter Georgie Morningstar, but I got a call from Lena Simovic who was in town. She wanted to work on something with me. So, I hadn't been able to schedule a time to shoot with Kim in the last three weeks, so I stuck Lena in as the reporter. I got some good footage with her. She is going back out to La La land Friday. I gave her a copy of the old movie we did together (and some of my stuff like "What Angels Fear" and "Blood Kiss" and a press kit for "Out of Darkness."). OK, I was being nice to Lena by putting her in the show, but I thought it would be good to have someone out there involved in the Dark.

I had to call Bob Banks for a minute. He was a bit under the weather. I asked him about the Board thing and he said, he'd talk about it later.

Joe said he would be on the Board. Which helps, but I did want some others. Oh well, I have to rethink this thing. I'll have me and Joe and get a whole new set of players. I know a good person to ask. If he comes aboard, it should be quite a coup for IC.

I talked to one of my favorite theater people about fiscal sponsorship and he said, it might work. I still have to make IC a nonprofit. Which brings about a whole new bunch of things. I had planned on doing it anyway, so I might as well. I have the forms to send out, so it is not a problem of that. It's just, actually making IC a nonprofit is going to require some more attention to it. Being a brand spanking new nonprofit means I will need the fiscal sponsorship of my theater people if I expect any funds to roll in for it. I do have a few programs planned. I guess that would be fine. IC becomes a nonprofit, then it can officially hire p2c to do some work for it. Lord knows p2c could use the work.

I might put Kim in as the attorney Jay Summerson. Then I can add in a scene with her talking to Richard Jones. I did talk to Earl Brantley a while back and I did want to stick him in the new pilot. This sets up the Richard Jones story later on. And I do feel bad about having to cut his role out of the new pilot for "Out of Darkness" ("DARK"). The scene should be a quick one and nice to do. Have to write it out first though. Maybe I can stick Dr. Lugner in it as well. That way I introduce three people who show up later in the show and Lugner can play a bigger part in the later rewritten episode "I'm in here somewhere."

You know what's sad. I had to go to the folder with the Dark scripts to remember the name of that episode. See, I am working on too much. I have to finish up some projects and no new things and scale back things for next year. A real life would be nice too. Have to give a certain little girl I know a call. That's a whole 'nother set of personal things to get into (maybe later). Although.. Forget it, for right now at least.

New years is coming up and I don't as a rule make resolutions, yet I do make changes. I should be more Machiavellian. I keep saying that.

Got too much to juggle right now. IC is time consuming. If I don't get some help with it, I'm gonna scream. OK, just bitching for right now. Going to get my second wind later on. I started this Journal thing at 11:15pm 12/26 and now it is 12:07am 12/27, so don't bother me about the date. I'll do an updated end date at the top of the entry page. I usually don't get to sleep till daybreak, so these things will probably have odd hours like 4am and 6am.

Tired. Going to take a nap. Get up, watch the "Buffy" episode I taped earlier and "24" and then go back to bed. Going to update the Dark site. Well, maybe, hold on. OK. Added Jess H. to the DARK characters site. I will do some things with Georgie Morningstar and add her in later. Although her "character" will be a little different than the others in the series.

Spent some time doing a little PhotoShop for DARK. I just realized Ivory Enterprises initials is I.E. Man, can't wait till Bill Gates comes after me for that one. I should be so lucky.

OK, A few more updates to the DARK page. Ahh hell, let me load this puppy to the web and then I can play around in the Net. I have been reading some cool books on web design. One is called "Creating Killer Websites." Has some nice links for goodies I can add to the site.

OK, I guess I won't be going to sleep tonight. It snowed today and I got no plans to go out tomorrow, so maybe I'll actually edit if I'm not feeling so lazy. I do have to tie the movies "Little Girl" and "Dare You" into the TV Series.

Have to make some calls as well. Find out what is going on around town. Man, I am glad I decided not to do an IC meeting for December. Hey, with a lot of people on the web, maybe we can do a web meeting using the message board. That sounds like, a plan, Stan.
