| Alex P. Michaels' digital movie "Blood Kiss"
had its' world premiere at the York Independent Film Festival. The
digital feature is the first in a series of planned digital features
from Prelude2Cinema, the Company Michaels founded. He has studied
screenwriting at Stanford University, filmmaking at DeAnza College
and acted and directed on the stages of the Karamu House and the Cleveland
Public Theater. Besides being a director and an actor, Mr. Michaels
is an Emmy Winning Writer. Alex received an Emmy for his TV Movie
"What Angels Fear." The TV Movie
was directed by Award winning director Jim Friedman and starred Adam
Lazzare-White ("The Young & the Restless" and "The Temptations" mini-series)
and Greg Lauren ("Boogie Nights" and "A Time to Kill"). All four,
Michaels, the director and both leading actors, received Emmys. Currently,
Michaels is deeply involved in overseeing all production at Prelude2Cinema.
The company intends to market "Blood Kiss" overseas. It is in post-production
with a second digital feature, "Little Girl (written and directed
by Michaels). And by the end of 2001, Prelude2Cinema plans to move

Microsoft Office, Word Perfect, and Microsoft Works. Experienced
in Windows 98. Knowledgeable in using the Internet and creating
web pages using Netscape Navigator, HTML, Front Page Flash, and
Dreamweaver. Also capable of using other programs including: Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Microsoft Photo Editor, etc. Strong
