I understand that Prelude2Cinema must approve my ad before it is placed on their site. If my Ad and site is not approved, then the Company will refund my money completely. It is my responsiblity to have my site in working order and submit via e-mail an approved Ad. I understand there will be NO REFUNDS once my site and Ad have been approved and my funds are accepted by Prelude2Cinema. Prelude2Cinema will usually place my Ad on-line within 3 to 5 days of receiving my funds and the approved ad. If there is a delay and my ad is not placed on line in 3 to 5 days, I can allow Prelude2Cinema another 24 hours or ask for and receive a complete refund. I have to deliver Prelude2Cinema the correct URL, the complete payment and an approved image or text ad before the 3 to 5 days begins. The site I have given Prelude2Cinema does not redirect visitors to an adult site. If my site is changed to an adult site after it is approved, Prelude2Cinema may remove my ad and I will not receive a refund. Prelude2Cinema is hosted by Addr.com and although in the three years Prelude2Cinema has maintained its website it has only been down for no more than a few hours on three or so occassions, I realize the company is not responsible for this down time. Prelude2Cinema will extend my ad time to make up for any down time it experiences with its site. Prelude2Cinema is not responsible for any downtime I experience with my site and site hoster. Your business must be a legal one and practice fairly with your customers. If we receive legitimate complaints about your business or find out through news sources that you are involved in any type of scam, we will contact you first and give you a chance to explain. If the complaints are found to be true, we will remove your link, not refund your money and report you to the Better Business Bureau or other agencies. We understand most people who involved in businesses do receive complaints from time to time, but we do not wish to have scams or frauds associated with our site. I understand Rates may change for Ads, but not during the 30 days my Ad is on-line.
